Being the designer of my class yearbook, I worked quite hard on including more special elements to distinguish my class from the others. Such as votes for ‘the best/the worst…’, statistics of attendance etc. However I can’t disclose most of the contents for my former classmates privacy. Here are some other graphical illustrations that I used for my class yearbook. At the top is some personal stickers that another classmate and I designed for each classmates, it was either their hobbies, iconic looks, trivial illustration etc. We wanted to last our high school playfulness as long as we could through these small details. While the bottom left is the cover page illustration for my class’s section which cleverly included our house name ‘君’ and class name ‘正’ in a Chinese four words idiom (Chengyu) meaning gentleman with integrity, and its meaningful being a yearbook intro to remind my fellow classmates to strive for being a good person after the graduation. The last piece in the bottom right is a drawing of our beloved class teacher with his iconic haircut and clothings, originally placed in a section of his final words to us before graduation.
